		<description>Jeff, I would add that a bankruptcy debtor should also reveal information to his lawyer after the case is filed as well.  In the inheritance example you gave, that information would be relevant after the filing as well, as would a job change, a divorce or any other life change.</description>

Clients need to spend time up front thinking about the details of their finances and jotting down reminder notes of things to tell their bankruptcy attorney.</description>
